A former mosque, with (12th. century) vaults and Gothic finials, whose façade (dating from the beginning of the 16th. century) has Manueline-Mudejar decorative features (bearing witness to the lasting effects of Arab culture in the south of the Peninsula). The church was later provided with a Renaissance marble doorway.
